I had a great experience here, despite the negative reviews. The receptionist was efficient and kind, quickly arranging for a cot when we discovered our room was too small for three of us. The restaurant served delicious food, and I particularly enjoyed the fried sole; the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant with plenty of natural light.
