My wife and I had lunch at Wendy's in Cornwall today. As usual the food was great. The big concern is the fact that as people sat and ate then left the tables were never once cleaned in any way, wiped off waste picked up etc. Even if there was no concern with the virus, tables should be cleaned as they are vacated. We have been there many times and this is the first time that I can say that the staff were not doing the job that they should be doing. We were there today, November 27th, 2020 between 1 and 2 pm. Really don't know when or if we will be back.

Soggy fries happens way too often. If in a poutine, after taste of freezer and fries are more undercooked it seems. Spicy chicken sandwiches's buns are too dry and falls apart most of the time. Apple Pecan Chicken salad, apple after taste whatever chemical to keep it from going brown is really there. Fizzy fountain drinks taste flat with or without ice. With ice, taste like freezer burn. I used to like going to Wendy's. Then, pandemic hit, quality of the food isn't the same since.
