The hotel is a great find, with clean rooms and friendly staff. It's conveniently located near downtown and various restaurants, with Niagara Falls just a short drive away. Despite being fully booked, the owner was accommodating and helped me find a comfortable two queen room with a microwave and mini fridge. The room was clean and well-equipped, offering excellent value for a last-minute stay at $120 for two nights.
