The meal was satisfying, with a dish of HK honey roasted BBQ pork rice that stood out for its juicy and flavorful pork paired with soy-sauce dressed rice. Despite a request for additional soy sauce, the chef's concern for maintaining the delicate balance of flavors was appreciated.
