Staff are confused and communicate poorly.
Fries cold.
Chicken lukewarm.
Sides bland.
Only the biscuits were good.
Worst of all the fast food.
Go back to Louisianan.

I've been wanting Popeye's for months. After watching the TV commercials for their spicy offerings, I just couldn't wait to try. I was a Popeye's Virgin. Well let's just say the wait (both for Brantford to get a franchise back within its borders and in the insane line today after only being open a few days) was well worth it! It was all that I had hoped it would be and so much more!!!! The staff, from the young lady taking orders and payment to the attendant boxing my order were polite, courteous and a delight. Such a great visit. Thank you Popeye's for a great experience and offering my family another chicken alternative to KFC! The menu choices offer something for everyone and the portion sizes are a good bang for your buck. Plus there was absolutely no grease sitting in the bottom of our boxes. Thanks again Popeye's:)
