My friend and I satisfied a big craving for army stew at Cho Sun Ok, where the flavorful hot pot cooks right at your table and is filled with ingredients like pork, spam, kimchi, and ramen noodles that soak up the rich broth perfectly. The cold noodles are my favorite, especially on a hot summer day, with their refreshing slushy broth and chewy texture that pairs wonderfully with the spicy paste. Despite the bustling atmosphere and occasional wait, the friendly service, generous portions, and authentic Korean dishes keep me coming back again and again.
