St-Hubert was a frequent dining choice during my time in a small Quebec town, with regular orders of chicken breast and sides. The menu may have evolved since then, but the nostalgia for their chicken remains. A recent quick lunch visit with coworkers left us short on time but impressed by the updated decor and friendly service from Audrey. Despite the rushed meal, the positive experience highlighted the impact of attentive and friendly staff on overall dining enjoyment.
