The restaurant has a cute atmosphere with delicious pho, fresh spring rolls, well-priced menu, friendly service, and a clean, open layout with ample parking and tables, although the Imperial rolls were bland and some dishes lacked a bit of flavor, overall a good dining experience with Minh as a standout server.
