Recently dined at Flipper's Fish House under new ownership. Mr. T, the chef, has truly elevated the dining experience with refined flavors and fresh seafood dishes. The nostalgic atmosphere, friendly staff, and unchanged menu made me feel like a little girl again, reliving cherished family memories of dining here.
