On my first night in Quí©bec with my girlfriend, we found ourselves cozied up at the bar where the bartender sweetly guided us through the menu in another language, and the poutine we shared was pure comfort on a plate. The ambiance mixed classic elegance with modern touches, the music set a perfect vibe, and after dinner, we even squeezed in some pool-definitely an unexpectedly cool way to kick off the trip!

I visited this establishment during my first evening in Quebec with my partner. The interior was charming, the music was enjoyable, and the bartender was helpful with the menu translation. We sat at the bar, ordered the poutine, and found it to be delicious. The atmosphere was a blend of classic and modern elements, with a separate pool area in the back, away from the dining room. The service was great, the cocktails were delicious, and the overall experience was impressive.
