A trip to Gatineau is never complete without indulging in their delectable poutine, where the soft, sweet potatoes harmonize beautifully with the squeaky cheese curds. At Bob's, I savored the large regular poutine, generously layered with gravy and curds, while the courteous service ensured a pleasant experience despite a brief wait.

Just witnessed a few minutes ago excessive verbal abuse by one of the staff's friends to an elderly. The man was about 6 feet shouting obscene language to an elderly without any help from the staff. I will NEVER set foot there again. I spoke to the staff telling them that king of behaviour is totally unecceptable. They answered that the guy in question has a paper from the doctor that gives him a permission to act that way. They then told me that it was not the first he acts that way. I asked them well why to you continue serving him here?
