at 9:04 this evening went to the drive through for chicken bowl. Waited 20 min. and nothing, so we left.As we drove out front the employee was out smoking, so I guess that was the reason for the long wait. No other customers at the time. I have gone inside and been served a lot faster in the past.

Cold food not cooked and very poor service waited almost 30 min

i have been dining regularly at KFC for years and have always enjoyed their poutines (the best). but since the new restaurant has opened, something has changed - and not for the better. the gravy is second rate. i can`t be the only one who has noticed the difference.

I am contacting the store manager and explaining how awful customer service is and the poor food quality, we have eaten at other KFC restaurants and this one is the absolute worst fir food and customer service. The staff don't care about their customers or do they even try to offer a replacement or discount for a poor meal. I certainly hope thus isn't what you consider good customer service
I will be contact and if nothing changes then I'm higher and higher.

We visited this restaurant on Jan, 31 2015 Ordered a 4 piece chicken meal and got it home and the chicken was old and dried out, fries were so hard the gravy barely made them chewable. Not impressed at all, the amount of money paid for KFC menu items are expensive and as a buying customer we expect hot and fresh food at anytime of the day/evening. Not acceptable at all.
