Skip this place. Do not go there. It's a brutal experience. This place used to be great, but recently it's been terrible. My last burger was pink (not traces of pink, but SERIOUS amounts of pink), dry and incredibly messy. I ordered fries and the portion size had shrunk dramatically.

All of this made worse by the fact that I waited between 30-35 minutes for my tiny portioned, disgusting food (keep in mind that this is a order-at-the-counter Fast Food restaurant that boasts 10 minute wait times). When I informed the cashier (an indifferent teenager) she told me that they'd been busy all day (because THAT is a good excuse for small portions of food). She actually argued with me to the point where other restaurant patrons who were trying to enjoy their dinner were looking at her strange. I had to tell her "Listen, I am not looking to get anything free: I'm just telling you what I experienced because I thought you'd want to know." Even then, she didn't take me seriously and got further enraged with self righteous indignation.

When I tried to call the restaurant to speak to a manager (since there wasn't one at the restaurant when I was there. Are you kidding me? How do you have no manager working at 7:00, in the middle of the dinner hour?) there was no answer and no answering machine/voice mail: I'd imagine that this is a strategic plan, so that way people who've had terrible dining experiences at Reggie's can't call to complain.

Skip Reggie's Hot Grill the next time you're thinking of checking it out. If you want a good place nearby try Carpe Diem on Armour road. If you want a good burger, go to Apollo Grill. Reggie's will only disappoint you and leave you wondering why you paid $12 for food poisoning and verbal abuse at the hands of Reggie's indifferent, uncaring employees.
