On a chilly, rainy evening in Montreal, I tried Umi Sushi and felt instantly warmed up after the first shot of sake thanks to the friendly waitress. The smoked tuna was super tender and juicy, while the ika sashimi had a unique texture and flavor that really stood out. The fresh sushi selection, tasteful decor, mellow atmosphere, and attentive service made for a lovely night that I'll definitely be coming back to.
