West Plains Bistro in Burlington is a local favorite known for its heartfelt dishes and warm presentation. While it didn't quite reach the pinnacle for me, the friendly staff added a nice touch to the dining experience. During a recent visit, I sampled the blackened cod with salsa fresca, a flavorful dish that truly stood out among the menu offerings.
