Seated quickly on a busy Sunday patio during the Ladner market with a large group, we experienced some delays with our drinks and food, but the fresh, delicious seafood dishes and attentive, friendly service-including a sincere apology and the kitchen manager covering our drink bill-turned what could have been a frustrating visit into a satisfying and memorable meal in the sunshine that I look forward to repeating.

I made reservations for a group of 16 to dine on the patio, coinciding with the bustling Ladner market on a sunny Sunday. Despite a bit of a wait for water, we quickly settled in to peruse the menu before placing our drink orders. The bustling restaurant kitchen caused a delay in our food's arrival, but when it finally came out, it was worth the wait - the blackened salmon and halibut fish and chips were fresh and delicious. The kitchen manager graciously comped our entire drink bill as a sincere apology for the delay, turning a potentially frustrating experience into a memorable one.
