I've always been curious about VCC's Cafeteria, but when I finally made it there, I found that only the Asian kitchen was open that day. It's a food court style setup where you pick rice or noodles, two sides, and your choice of garlic veggies. The veggies were the standout for me with a delicious garlicky glaze that was irresistible.
