One of my favorite dining experiences was at Paris Grill in Saint-Foy, Quebec. The bistro had a spacious layout with both booth and table seating, and the open kitchen added to the inviting atmosphere. Despite a slight misunderstanding with the service, the hearty Cassolette Provení§ale I ordered was very delicious, although the portion size left me wanting just a bit more.
