I had been to La Bíªte before for dinner many years ago, and in my memories the steaks had been good, but nothing extraordinary. The interior of the restaurant is quite posh and over the top, with dramatic frames around the windows of the cold chambers where the steaks are aging. In fact, my favorite part of the meal was the jerky served in the beginning; it was delicious!
