Always good food and friendly service

i ordered food from you and the food was cold did not like it at all, had to microwave poor service driver get lost

Worst excuse for food ever. The low mein noodles were just capellini noodles cooked and dumped in the bin, No seasoning, no sauce, absolutely no flavour. All the food is cold, small bins on a steam table can't stay warm. Even the broccoli was half brown and slimy having been left over obviously from the day before. And how Chinese is 'bourbon beef'. The sesame chicken and the sweet sour pork (least I think it might have been pork) was dumped in the bins without any sauce to infuse the coating and meat with flavour. Some cold sauce was dumped on it just before it was boxed up so there was a total lack of flavour. The sauce was more like liquid sugar with food coloring. The 'special' chicken, sitting there with a colored water sauce in the bottom of the bin and pallid rank looking chunks of chicken looked like it had been hurled into the bin (if you catch my drift). At least the previous owners had made hot tasty fresh food. The server's excuse that the bosses were waiting for 'request' to decide what food to serve was embarrassed to even give that excuse. Best thing if it just closed down.

The new food is just no good. After the renovations, nothing is good in comparison to the old food that was served. Please bring back old recipes.

So second time there and got the wrong food again. Paid for their 10.99 meal just to go home and have one of their cheaper meals. Wanted to call to complain or even just to email but guess what nothing works.... go figure don't waste ur money

Since it has reopened the food is not fully cooked and is absolutely garbage worst menu ever kind of wish they didn't reopen considering it used to be my favourite place
