Vanessa made my visit truly enjoyable with her outstanding service. The food tasted great and everything felt welcoming. Honestly, having more team members like Vanessa would make the experience even better.

Friend and I tried to go for breakfast
on a not super busy weekday - Duncan location. Left after being served coffee in a dirty cup TWICE in a row (suspect the same cup, but either way). Older waitress who seemed to think I was being way too picky and I think maybe decided to just show me by taking a very long time to deliver try number 3. Unfortunately the longer I waited the less I trusted food would arrive on clean plates, so we decided to leave and try the local diner instead. What a huge difference - sparkling clean and an awesome waitress who went above and beyond. Great food and lots of options. Won't be returning to White Spot anytime soon

Got take out. The burgers had rotten lettuce on it. And very little lettuce. They also forgot the coleslaw but we live 20+ minutes away so didnt go back. Clearly poor teamwork, work ethic, and preparation.

It's not special food and expensive for what you get.
There are way better restaurants out there than the White spot.
