My boyfriend and I enjoyed the braised pork belly over rice and grilled pork vermicelli noodles with great service and a lively, elevated ambiance that blends traditional Vietnamese roots with a trendy cocktail bar vibe in the Byward Market, appreciating the flavorful dishes, friendly staff, and fun atmosphere despite some quirks like higher prices, occasional wait times, and bright patio lighting.

During lunch with my boyfriend, we enjoyed the braised pork belly over rice and grilled pork vermicelli noodles at Saigon Restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service was friendly. Although I was initially hesitant to visit due to its touristy vibe, I ended up pleasantly surprised by the flavors and quality, especially after discovering a great deal on UberEats.
