When I was working in Rochester, MN, I shared a small office with a fellow Canadian from Calgary. She introduced me to Bernard Callebaut, a Belgian chocolatier with a store in her hometown. After my visits to my dentist in Winnipeg, I would often stop by the Bernard Callebaut store next door to indulge in their delicious chocolates. The assortment of chocolates, especially the dark chocolate orange and coconut ones, never failed to impress me with their rich flavors.
