I visited a BYOB bistro on St Denis that features a diverse menu, making it challenging to decide what to order, but we chose the "degustation" menu. The dishes, particularly the duck and the sweetbreads, showcased fresh ingredients, and while the service was friendly, it was a bit slow, allowing for enjoyable conversations with friends.

This BYOB bistro on St Denis offers a diverse menu that makes decision-making a challenge, but the "degustation" menu simplifies things for larger groups. While my meal included a good lobster appetizer and delicate veal sweetbreads, I found the duck dish to be the standout, and the friendly, albeit slow service allowed for enjoyable conversations with friends.
