I've been a regular at Mambo Cafe in Aberdeen Centre, and their quality has been consistently good. My recent order of baked chicken cutlet on rice with a cold milk tea was satisfying, though the tomato sauce was on the sweeter side. The chicken was tender but lacked crunch, and the baked rice was standard. Overall, it's a decent and familiar choice for HK-style cafe food.
