So, I tried this beef offal noodle place the other day. It's a bit on the pricier side, around $13.90 for a bowl, but the quality is pretty decent. The portions aren't huge, but considering the effort put into making it, I'd say it's worth a try. It's probably one of the closest things you'll find to authentic Hong Kong flavors around here.
