Tried to make a reservation, received a text back that told me I'd be contacted shortly. Called the restaurant when they were open because I had not been contacted and the reply was "oh, I didn't text you back?". Then was told that the time I asked for was no longer available and asked if a time 2 hours later would work. Perhaps the "fine" should be removed from "fine dinning", I've had better luck making a reservation at a diner.

We had a reservation for Valentine's Day dinner. Upon arrival management (Jimmy) was not seating people by reservations just picking and choosing to overfill his restaurant. After waiting for over an hour past our reservation time we were seated. Both meals arrived cold and had to be sent back. This was after my order could not be filled because they ran out of bison. An apology from our server was their solution to several complaints about the poor management and cold food - more proof of the terrible service.

Overall terrible experience, and the owner/manager doesn't know how to manage his restaurant. Also had off shift kitchen staff sitting in the bar on a busy night, instead of ramping up and following their on reservation book. Would not recommend this restaurant. Several other unhappy couples experienced the same poor service that night. Contacted the owner to relay my unhappiness with his restaurant - no response.
