Been eating at Swiss Chalet 40 plus years. Given the wrong orders, no salad dressing as ordered, the coffee was the worst and we couldn't even drink it.

We bought two quarter chicken dinners. The chicken was dried out. The buns were old and hard. My wife's salad had the wrong dressing on it. My baked potato was cold. The only thing about the meal that was any good was the pepsi.
A cash refund from the company would be the proper response!

Just got a quarter chicken dinner there and it was over cooked and all dried out . What a disappointment. 😡

Worst Harvey's I've ever been to and we like Harvey's. Though the only car in the drive through, we didn't mind the wait rationalizing our food will be very hot. We drove out, took one bite and Nope! Barely lukewarm, both the burgs & the fries. The buns were not fresh. We almost went back to complain but we decided to hit the road and never go back.

Ordered the festive special. The dressing was COLD. we asked to have it HOT & guess what, it was still cold. The only hot item was the roll. The dark piece of chicken was horrid. I threw more of it in the garbage than I got to eat. The server is in need of some PRO training.
This place will never get my business again. First visit was enough for me to make it my last.

I ordered chicken legs and it was so dried up it actually cut my lip open inside when I tried to eat it, very disappointed that I wasted my hard earned money for something that was left over for way to long!
