Walking into this cozy diner tucked above a lumber yard felt like stepping into a nostalgic time warp, complete with checkered floors and red booths that scream classic comfort. The food? Absolutely delicious-from perfectly poached eggs smothered in creamy hollandaise to fresh, house-made dumplings bursting with flavor, all served up with friendly, family-run warmth that made me feel right at home. Despite the quirky climb up the stairs and the tight little space, the unbeatable combo of great eats, genuine hospitality, and that greasy spoon charm had me buzzing and ready to come back for more.
