I have been eager to try Valbella for some time now, and finally had the opportunity during my visit to Canmore. The selection of smoked bison, meat sticks, schnitzel sandwich, and strawberry-rhubarb pastry was truly exceptional. The Morbier cheese caught my eye as a standout choice in their cheese selection. The quality of the meats, the freshness of the bread, and the delicious flakiness of the pastry made this dining experience truly memorable.
