I have tried pizza from many places, but Maria's stands out as the absolute best in Brantford. The crust strikes the perfect balance between crispiness and chewiness, the cheese and toppings are of high quality. The only downside is that sometimes the pizza is undercooked when they are busy, but it's worth the wait for a properly cooked pie.

I have been ordering Maria's for 40 years. Just in the last few months it has drasticaly changed in flavour & in crust texture. I use to love the tomatoe flavour of the sauce nobody had. Now, it it mostly olive oil, basil & garlic. I miss the original recipe. The crust, I have to ask to have it pulled out early or it is burnt now. For the extra money to get a homemade pizza from Maria's is not worth it no more. Sad to my taste buds...Little Ceasars Pizza Deep Dish wins. Why did you all mess with Momma's Maria's perfection. I am so sad to say you have lost our business.
