I called in our order for my husbands Birthday. We always are so pleased with the food and service. I want to say they excelled this evening and I forgot how mich we missed their menu. We ordered the Primavera pasta, cajun calamari, and chicken parmesean and all was superb. The primavera pasta had a variety of mouth watering sauteed veggies which maybe I was craving veggies...rapini, zucchini, yellow/green beans. It was so tasty I did not leave any leftover 🥺😋. Calamari was perfect..and the birthday boy was happy wiith everything. There was even a candle with the creme brulee and I have yetvtobthank the restaurant for their great presentation..everything packaged nicely...yes I will be returning their dessert ramekin as it is real stoneware. We live in Whitby. I recommend you give them a try for a special occasion take-out if you are pressed for time. Would recommend also the lobster ravioli which we have ordered in the past for take-out dining at home. Set your table, light a candle and enjoy!

I have visited the lake grill, recommended it, but in the last two visits I have been TOTALLY disappointed to say the LEAST, service, server was busy texting on her phone while our table had dirty dishes. This was at lunch time. Our bill was 75.00 for lunch. Fish was bland, and the shrimp linguini was load with so many red peppers, I couldnt taste the shrimp. Now? I just don't know if I want to try and even chance it anymore. Jose, if your reading this. Please give me a reason to recommend your restaurant or come back. I loved it there before, but it's gone down hill, and the decor has really gone down with it. Saddened 😬😬😬😬
