The food at Original Joe's in Okotoks is consistently good, with standout dishes like the crispy fish and chips and excellent nachos, complemented by a solid selection of local craft beers and friendly, efficient staff. The atmosphere is cozy and tastefully decorated with local photos, offering reasonable noise levels and great service, making it a reliable choice for lunch, dinner, or casual drinks.

The food at OJ's was pretty good overall, but I'd probably skip the turkey sausage next time. The staff, though, were really friendly and made the experience enjoyable.

BUYER BEWARE!! I recently ordered the fish and chips and could not believe the very small piece of fish that came in my order. It was nearly the size of a chicken nugget. I called the restaurant and was told that they recently changed their menu and that the fish would only be 1 or 2 pieces, but the portions would be smaller, however the price remained the same. If I wanted a chicken nugget I would have went to Mc Donalds. I then took the order to Original Joes and asked them to replace it with the proper order of fish and chips and I received the same damm thing. 1 fishy nugget and some fries. To say I was disgusted and overly disappointed is an understatement. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again.
