My friend and I discovered Siam Bistro while searching for a new dining experience, and we were pleasantly surprised by the cozy lobby adorned with traditional Thai decor. Despite the salty undertones in the dishes we ordered, such as the Gang Garee Gai and Beef Kao Soi, the flavors were rich and authentic. The attentive service, traditional ambiance, and flavorful dishes make Siam Bistro a place worth revisiting, especially if you appreciate the bold spices of Thai cuisine.
