Affordable bubble tea with a large variety of flavors and customizable sweetness and ice levels, chewy boba, tasty wheel cakes priced around $1 each, quick and friendly service by a long-established couple, located on the second floor of Richmond Public Market with mostly cash-only payment, often busy but the line moves fast, making it a convenient and satisfying choice for a refreshing and reasonably priced drink and snack.

Affordable bubble tea joint in Richmond Public Market, cash only. The white grape slush is a hit! A reliable choice if you're already in the area. The boba is decent, not overly flavorful. They offer wheel cakes too, fresh and tasty for about a buck each. Great service from a friendly older couple running the place.
