The selection of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments allowed for a customizable and enjoyable dining experience, complemented by a knowledgeable and attentive staff who enhanced the meal with excellent wine recommendations. Despite the lively and sometimes noisy atmosphere, the service remained courteous and prompt, creating a welcoming, casual yet classy environment ideal for a relaxed evening. The combination of delicious food, a vibrant ambiance, and helpful service made for a memorable night that I would gladly revisit.
