I enjoy the fries at Larry's in Sturgeon more than the ones at the chip stand across the street. The poutine there is also quite good, but I did notice some service issues as I got older.

The best chip stand around. Been going there for twenty years. Well worth the ride from North Bay.

Forgot the gravy on one order, the fish was so overdone, disappointing coming from out of town to a fishing town and end up with frozen fish way over fried, the other dish was a poutine that was so loaded with unmelted cheese I had to eat thru forkfulls of cheese to be able to even get to the fries that had next to no gravy at all. Both of us found the food almost unedible. The plain fries we ate and enjoyed.
