We order from here all the time, great food, awesome portions and very reasonable priced...The owners may seem strict or mean but a very very nice lady ( just trying to run a business)....She does certain things to protect her business, given the location I betcha shes had to put up with alot of riff raft....she explained to me why she does it the way she does, shes had alot of dine and dash, even a family of 6 one time....We love it here
