The aroma of authentic Vietnamese cuisine fills the air at Oriental Phoenix, a hidden culinary treasure in downtown Calgary. The flavors of their dishes transport me to the bustling streets of Vietnam, especially their delectable pho and spring rolls. Despite the bustling lunch crowd, dining at this restaurant in the serene evening hours is a delightful experience that I highly recommend.
