Chubby's Lunch is a unique food truck designed as a colorful school bus, serving a variety of classic dishes including burgers, hotdogs, and seafood favorites. Situated on bustling Grenville St near the canal, it attracts a steady stream of customers looking for a quick and satisfying meal. While the homemade fish & chips were flavorful and cooked to perfection, the overly salty batter and lackluster side dishes left something to be desired. If I find myself back in St. Peter's, I may return to Chubby's to sample their renowned burgers and crispy fries.
