The menu always overwhelms me because I want to try something new each time, and this visit I went for the Son of a Beech with avocado, Beechhouse sauce, sun-dried tomato, and feta cheese, topped with shrimp and a Kobe-style wagyu beef patty on a sesame multi-grain bun. The sweet potato fries paired perfectly with the unique Beechhouse sauce, and while the burger was good, I preferred the juicier, less cooked standard Canadian beef patty my husband ordered; the friendly service and cool, industrial-steampunk vibe made the experience enjoyable despite the price.

The sesame multi-grain bun and sweet potato fries, upgraded to Kobe-style wagyu beef patty, added a touch of luxury to the meal, making it a bit pricey but undeniably satisfying.
