The dining experience at the Prieure exceeded my expectations. The foie gras was beautifully pan-seared and paired with a delicious apple chutney, a refreshing change from the typical preparation. The crispy duck dish, served on a bed of flavorful onions and accompanied by perfectly cooked vegetables and gratin dauphinois, was a highlight of the meal. The ambiance of the centuries-old house, combined with impeccable service and attention to detail, made for a memorable evening.
