The staff are RUDE to their customers and make them feel guilty about ordering pizza. Walked in to pick it up about 10 mins early and the lady got all mean and rude because she mixed up her times

Two things any pizza place needs in order to succeed is: Debit and Delivery. Maintaining business hours is also crucial.Changing your hours and or days is not consistent or good..Also, you can not close early just because customers have not been there in the last hour. Without the convenience of debit you lose potential customers or at the least ones that would order more,like garlic bread and pop to go with it etc. Once you start raising prices you start losing repeat customers especially when raised to 50% and over. The pizza is ok but They're no Pizza Nova. One policy that ALL pizza establishments have is: If you walk in even 2 min before closing they must to serve you. Good Luck Dino's.

The person saying it tasted like cardboard must have gotten Dinos confused with Ace's pizzaria.
Dinos is by far the best pizza on Madoc and by far the best price. Our family of 6 order there twice a month!!!!

I've eaten pizza in a lot of places, and Dino's is far and away one of the best pizzas that I've ever encountered. My family and I order their pizza about once a month. It's affordable -- even though I'm feeding a family of 8. It's delicious, and the staff are just lovely. Highly recommended.

my family and I stop here on our way to and from our cottage in Bancroft every time we go up for vacation, it is the best pizza I've found in Canada and I refuse to come through without having a few slices, the owner is very friendly and the pizza is just incredible.
