We have been to Furlongs a few years ago , had their prime rib . Was very good. Couldn't believe the changes , dí©cor was upgraded and very nice , but the food was horrid. I ordered the prime rib dinner, first l asked for a vinaigrette dressing for my salad, they gave me a creamy balsamic . Tasted ok so l ate it. Then when my prime rib dinner arrived to our table it was so well done and tough. I asked for a medium rare , the Yorkshire pudding was so dark looked and . tasted burnt , Juice for the Prime Rib was cold. Potato could of been cooked more. They did bring me another piece of Prime Rib , was so tough couldn't eat it. The server asked me if she could get me something else. By that time my husband was finished eating, and l didn't care to eat alone. So l went home hungry. Thankfully l wasn't charged for that meal. Went home for a sandwich. I am never one to complain .l was in food and beverage for 15 years , Never have been served such a horrid meal , Disappointed ex customer .
