The food offers a variety of flavors with over 100 dishes to choose from, and the quantity and quality are satisfactory. While the food is generally good, there may be inconsistencies in certain dishes, like the egg rolls which were not enjoyable. The standout aspect of the experience is the excellent service provided. Overall, the restaurant is a solid choice for Chinese takeout in Bracebridge, with popular items like the hot and sour soup and crispy fried wontons.

Used to order from here but never again. The last time the food was terrible. It was bland and cold. I am going to order from the other place and I will drive to the Rickshaw in Gravenhurst where the food is good. Never again!

I generally never want to put negative reviews up, but the woman I just spoke to on the phone was completely disrespectful, calling me a liar, saying no one ever complains about their food (FALSE!). We've eaten in the restaurant twice (pre-covid) and ordered takeout twice. We were never wildly impressed with the food, but it was good enough and options in Bracebridge for ethnic foods are limited... Our last takeout order we ordered $98 worth of food and were disgusted. So my husband called and was told they'd remake it all that night or credit us next time. We chose the credit, husband gave name and number, and didn't let it ruin our night. Tonight we were craving a change from home cooked meals and decided we'd call in our credit and try again. I explain to the woman on the phone it was a while back that we'd had the dissatisfaction, but that we weren't told it was a limited time credit or anything and just to give our number and name and that the agreement was that the same order from last time would be sent. The woman tells me "that the number and name has "NEVER ordered" from them, there is nothing in her credit book, we should have brought the food back that night and that I'm a liar, nobody complains about their food before." I just cannot sit back and let this happen to someone else. They cannot be trusted and if you're unhappy do NOT accept a store credit, make them refund or they will not honor it. For a store to have a full on credit records book it shows that they screw up the food often and there are a lot of unsatisfied customers.

To end my rant and give a direct review: The food is okay at best and not worth the prices. Save your money and eat/order from elsewhere.

They want to argue with anything and everything you say cause you're wrong,will be the last time I order from there,I'll find another Chinese restaurant even if I have to drive to Rickshaw Restaurant in Gravenhurst,there food is always hot and delicious tasting

the custamer service and price was terrible my order went up over 15 dollars since Christmas and this is only march . even worse the original bill said the amount i thought it should be and the lady at the till changed it . .we also gave them an hour to make the order and still waited almost 20 minutes. food was still good

Had never really enjoyed Chinese food until moving up to Muskoka nearly 15 years ago...Tried New Haven Chinese and have been enjoying take-out ever since :-)

Favorites include:
- Sliced Beef with Broccoli
- Beef fried rice
- Lemon Chicken
- Chicken Balls of course

Unable to offer any in-house review only take-out.

New Year's Day we ordered dinner for 2 plus an order of Honey Garlic Ribs. The ribs were fatty and bland, had to throw them out. Rest of it was barely edible. As we live in Port Sydney it was not convenient to return it. Would appreciate a reply and/or Dinner for 2 or refund. Thank you.
