I've been to this bubble tea shop many times and it has the best bubble tea I've ever tasted, with sweet pearls and a perfect, chewy texture. Their milk tea is incredibly high quality and their fruit slushes are all delicious. The lady who works there is very nice, and there's never a long wait. I also enjoy their hot pot dishes at a reasonable price, and personally, I find the food to be more suited for Chinese tastes. Overall, I really like this place with a bubble tea shop inside.
