Just went to Ricky's Pancake House and waited for 1 hour before we got breakfast... Which was cold. I told the manager who said it was my fault for coming in when it was busy! Then he explained it is not his job to manage, he is "supposed to be the overseer". Save yourself the time and bypass that place. Food was cold and there was NO customer service.
