The pasta at this restaurant is consistently cooked perfectly "al dente" and at a great value. Their Saturday rib special is a must-try, and you can even add a pasta dish for a small additional cost. I particularly enjoyed their signature Sicilian pasta with tender chicken breast, chorizo sausage, and fresh peppers in a flavorful rose' sauce, complemented by a generous amount of garlic.
