The newly rebranded Mosaic exudes an unmistakably Indian influence under its new ownership. The innovative menu offerings, such as the Chicken Tikka Masala pizza and the beet hummus falafel with shishito peppers, showcase a fusion of flavors that are both unique and appetizing. Despite some delays in service, the delicious dishes and reasonable wine prices make it a worthwhile dining experience.
