I work in Burlington and often pass by a restaurant on Fairview that my girlfriend loves for sushi. We finally decided to give it a try and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of dishes. Despite the slightly higher prices, the experience was worth it, and we will definitely be returning to Sakai for more of their delicious offerings. The ambiance, service, and menu all contribute to making it our top choice for Japanese cuisine in town.
